If you are making your own transport arrangements to the Coral Cove Resort, you will find the multiple ferry services between the port of Batangas and Muelle Pier or Sabang Beach to be the most convenient means of getting across the Verde Island Passage.The first ferry in the morning usually leaves Batangas at 7.00am and the last one leaves Batangas somewhere around 4.15pm; the last returning ferry from Puerto Galera is 5.30pm.
If you are taking public transport between Manila and Batangas then a number of companies operate air-conditioned buses. Traffic can be hectic at weekends and on public holidays so allow plenty of time (2-hours light traffic; 3-hours heavy traffic). In any event, take a bus that has the sign "Calabazon" in the front window to save yourself an hour. Companies offering transport services between Manila and Batangas include;
